Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (781) 944-8454. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, acfp.com.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 463 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pizza restaurants in Reading.

Reading is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Reading follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They make eggplant like my grandmother did!! Everything is fresh, the meatballs are fresh, the ingredients fresh…. Loved it! It’s hard to find a good pizza and pasta place but this one is superb. Joe the manager took time to talk to us about the restaurant and we liked getting to know him!

Stopped by in Aug 2026. Had the thick cut pepperoni pizza. Pizza was good, not amazing but I would come here again if I’m in the area. Servers were friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable. Definitely recommend.

(Apex Owner) I had to post this review because this place serves the most delicious “Coal Fired Chicken Sandwich”. This thing is what dreams are made of! It comes with mozzarella, arugula, prosciutto, roasted red peppers and Italian dressing on homemade focaccia bread. If you haven’t had one you need to try one. It was so good I thought I died and went to Heaven. Also, they have lots of dining space, a nice full bar, and a beautiful menu of delicious foods. I highly recommend stopping by.

Very nice pizza restaurant. While some may not, I am biased towards "well done" and charred pizzas. Anthony's does it perfectly! A pretty good menu catering to all types of epicurian palettes. Staff is amazing and willing to make food as per your liking, which is a plus for finicky eaters like us. Pizza was this crust and cooked just right amount of well done. Did not taste burnt. Specially, loved their eggplant which was thin sliced. Great beer selection, she got me an IPA whose name skips me which was awesome! We tried all of their desserts and between the 3 of us cleaned out the platter which contains all 4 they serve. Would definitely recommend this place to get your pizza fix. Next will be pasta and or wraps/sandwiches.

I had always wanted to Try Anthony’s and I found the right one! You have the best food and staff here! First time in and will be coming back to this location as it’s great! The Chef was Joey and I didn’t catch the bartenders name but she was awesome! The meatball with Mozzarella and Long hot pepper was incredible! Perfect food temps, rich vibrant sauce well cooked, incredible bread! Service was outstanding, great ambience! Just look at the pic! Wow thanks!
